It was a bit touch and go whether the Kyu grading was going ahead with the snow, and we kept all graders updated throughout the day. The final decision was made just after lunch, that we would attempt to get there.
Unfortunately not all students made it to the grading that afternoon (or even some of the examiners) but after some great teacher/student teamwork of clearing the drive and a good earned cup of tea, the grading was set to continue. Most students walked to the grading, while some got a more enjoyable sledge ride.
