Ladies Self .Defence - Short 2hr course
We hold a 'one night' self Defence evening, for groups of women who wish to learn to look after themselves
The groups who book a 'one off' self defence evening, will learn self awareness, effective self defence techniques, where members of the public stand within the law and also basic procedures for putting off an attacker. The ladies get to practice many moves on each other so they know what to do if they were attacked. The more they practice and try things out...the more chance of it becoming natural IF they were ever needing to use it (which we hope will never happen).

We have run many self defence evenings for a variety of women's groups and organisations wishing to learn to look after themselves. These include groups of parents, girl guides, WI groups and teachers.So if you are interested along with people you know, and there is enough of you, then get in contact and we may be able to run a 2/3 hour course for you too.

We provide karate birthday parties for children of any age, from 6 years years and upwards.
Our parties are very popular for both boys and girls and the children do not need to know any karate to have one of our karate parties.
Our experienced and qualified instructors will provide many fun karate games and activities to keep the children entertained for the whole party, whilst teaching the children some traditional karate kicks and punches.
We provide party bags, karate cups, plates and napkins, certificates and a special present for the birthday child.
We have many packages available for the parents to choose from depending on the number of children and length of the party.
Parents must provide party food and the hall.
